I take "real" photographs, and zoom in on specific features and /or defects so as a buyer you know what you are buying. I will put together a virtual tour that can be shared with friends and family.

As a buyer, if you like what you see in the virtual tour, an offer can be made with a 14-21 day inspection period. That gives you the buyer an opportunity to fly or drive down and personally inspect the property before being committed to the purchase.

My certifications are the National Association of Realtors, Senior Residential Specialist, (SRES), trained in understanding and assisting those over 55 with a primary or second home purchase, and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) which has afforded me the skills necessary to negotiate the best terms for my buyers and holder of the GREEN designation.
